At B-Sweaty, our mission is to create meaningful insight into how hydration impacts performance, recovery, and overall well-being. Hydration is way more than just water intake, on top of that, it’s also a precise balance of electrolytes. Yet, it’s one of the most misunderstood aspects of athletic performance. That’s why we’re developing a wearable hydration sensor that enables athletes to monitor their body’s hydration levels in real time, helping them make data-driven decisions to perform better and recover faster.
